My Addicts~ By way of NANCIES.ORG

So, I have been super busy at work lately, so much so that I have not been able to even log onto nancies, let alone post:( For those that don't know, www.nancies.org is a fan based website for the Dave Matthews Band, my most favorite band!! I have been posting on nancies for several years now. One day I found a thread named Addicted To Nancies at Work, clicked on and haven't looked back.



I am sure that there are major happenings and I am missing them and I will be outa~da~loop again and struggle to keep up.. but I guess that's life.. which brings up this question:

Why am I so interested in the lives of people I haven't even met?

**Well, there was Rochfest with Rosalie and her gloves.. leave it to a Floridian to remember to dress aprropriatly in the middle of December in New York, not like this idiot who was dressed like she, well.. was visiting a tropical area... Shep with the hugest bear hug ever known to man (despite the fact that he freaked me out in an already beyond freaked out stage when he told me I was lost in the worst part of Rochester...eee) and Looch and Nick, who were both wonderful and lovely! AND there was that 2 minute drive-by Christina and I had at Hartford last year (when she realized that I was one of the annoying glow stick girls that she was cursing under her breath the entire show!!) And Miss Ashley, who I met at the "sweetest place on earth" under the Reeses banner!! And Shannon, who put up with my yipping about everything and nothing all at once on our random phone chats.

The reason is.. we have been engulfed in this life known as Addicted TO Nancies @ Work for 3 years now, we have had deaths, AND births AND baby showers AND weddings AND concerts AND new jobs AND moves AND new homes and AND break ups AND new loves AND friday sex talk AND serious conversations AND bantor AND laughs... all of the things that make for a true and lasting friendship, despite the earths gravatitional pull seperation. We may never all meet in person, we may never have that one great concert experience to share for always.. but what we do have is great and wonderful and lovely and I would not change it for the world.

Now I know I have missed names, and it is completly unintentional, because you know I love you all.. just wanted to put down into words the impact nancies, more importantly the addicts have had on my life these past years.

And with that sappy display of babble, I give you my second post!!
